What We Take
Pretty much everything a household holds: furniture, beds and mattresses, appliances, clothing, kitchenware, boxes, rugs, old décor, garage and shed contents, patio furniture and yard debris. We can't take hazardous materials like wet paint, solvents, pesticides, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, asbestos or medical waste.
How It Works
1. Free on-site estimate. Whole-house jobs are easier to price in person, so we'll come take a look. If you're out of town, you can also text photos or a video walkthrough to (714) 497-5823.
2. You set aside what stays. Family heirlooms, photos and paperwork are best removed or clearly marked before we begin. Let us know about anything you want us to keep an eye out for, like keepsakes or documents.
3. We clear it out. Our crew works room by room, from the attic and closets to the garage and backyard, and sweeps up as we go. Crews work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. We donate and recycle what we can.
Working With Families and Agents
We often coordinate with adult children who live out of the area, executors and real estate agents. Text us photos of the property for a free estimate, and we'll go over what stays and what goes.
