San Clemente residents can arrange a free bulky item pickup with CR&R four times per calendar year, on their regular collection day. Each pickup can be up to four large items, like washers, dryers, sofas and refrigerators, or four bags of material. Additional pickups are available for a small fee, and pickups are scheduled through CR&R's online scheduling service.
